How do we Ship?
For U.S. and Canada customers, we ship by UPS.  For all other Countries, please contact us for a quote by sending an email to sales@applied-magic.com

What are your return conditions?
If the product is faulty, you have the option of a full refund.  Within 30 days if you would like to return the product, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

How fast can you deliver?
1-2 days from placing order on most products.
